1. How much fabric will i need for my window?

Every window is different, PLEASE REMEMBER if your Curtain or Roman blinds is made from a patterned fabric, this will need to be accounted for.

2. What are pattern repeats?

If you have chosen a fabric with a pattern, then you will need to allow for your fabric design to be joined when adding further widths.

3. How long will my curtains or Blinds take to be made?

When you have chosen your design, we will calculate your order and give you a time scale. This will depend on fabric delivery timing too. Your order is bespoke, and handmade, good things take time. If your fabric is printed to order, then firstly this will normally be a 2-3 week process in this alone.

4. Do you have a fitting service

Fitting your Soft furnishings, we sadly don’t have a fitter anymore. But we can recommend a professional local fitter for you, but please feel free to find your own fitter.

5. Do you take customers own fabric?

Yes, we do but we would like to view the fabric first to see if it’s suitable for your project. We only like to use our own quality lining though; we have our trusted companies, and we like to stick with these.

6. Do you charge for your first appointment?

No, we don’t charge for the first appointment with us, we only do our appointments at the weekend, we find that easier and more flexible. This appointment covers a 45 minute viewing only and we cover a 30-mile radius from the oxford city centre only.

7. What about a deposit?

Once you are happy and have completed what you are looking for in your order, we will send you an estimate of your work, the process will start from there once you have confirmed your order. A deposit will be agreed at that point.
